本州を極めるための日別アクションプラン。予約、食事、観光のタイミングを完全網羅。

Phase 1: The Arrival (Days 1-2) [ ] Land in Haneda/Narita. [ ] Pick up SIM/Wifi at the counter. [ ] Ship Skis via Yamato to your Nagano hotel. [ ] Take Limousine Bus to Shinjuku. [ ] Dinner: Omoide Yokocho (Piss Alley) for yakitori. Phase 2: The Snow (Days 3-7) [ ] Train: Shinkansen (Hokuriku Line) to Nagano Station. [ ] Bus: Alpico Express to Hakuba/Nozawa. [ ] Check-in: Your gear is waiting for you.

[ ] Ski Days: 4 Full Days. Day 1: Get legs back on groomers. Day 2: Book a guide / Powder hunt. Day 3: Day trip to nearby resort (e.g. Cortina). Day 4: Relaxed cruising / Onsen hopping. [ ] Ship Skis: On the last morning, ship skis back to the airport. Phase 3: The Culture (Days 8-9) [ ] Train: Shinano Express to Nagoya -> Shinkansen to Kyoto.

[ ] Stay: Higashiyama district. [ ] Visit: Fushimi Inari (Early morning to avoid crowds). [ ] Dinner: Kaiseki (Traditional multi-course meal). Phase 4: Departure (Day 10) [ ] Train: Haruka Express to KIX or Shinkansen to Tokyo. [ ] Pick up Skis: At the Yamato counter in the Departure Hall. [ ] Fly Home. --- Book your Shinkansen seats for the "Tokyo -> Nagano" leg at least 1 month in advance if traveling on a weekend. The window seats with Mount Fuji views (Seat E on the way from Tokyo) sell out first!
